SquareM is incredibly proud to have partnered with the World Green Organisation (WGO) to successfully curate and manage the two-day “ESG Xchange 2024: ESG Climate Action International Summit” at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
This was a highly influential and forward-looking global event. To drive global sustainable development, SquareM built a professional and highly efficient platform for exchange. The summit brought together over 100 ESG experts and leaders from around the world to deliver keynotes on critical issues such as ESG investing, climate change, social responsibility, and corporate governance. Concurrently, a large-scale “Green Tech Exhibition” was held to allow stakeholders across all sectors to explore the future of ESG and innovative solutions.
Exceptional Spatial & Crowd Flow Design
Alongside the main forum, we meticulously planned and coordinated a massive Green Tech Exhibition zone. This area provided an exceptional showcase platform for overseas and local low-carbon tech startups, allowing attendees to experience a wide array of ESG-related innovative products, technologies, and live demonstrations.
Seamlessly blending a “high-end summit” with an “interactive exhibition” within the vast space of HKCEC is a major logistical challenge. Through precise spatial planning and strategic crowd flow design, the SquareM team ensured that thousands of delegates could transition smoothly between different event zones, enjoying a seamless, world-class summit experience.
