SquareM was deeply honored to be appointed as the official event management agency for the inaugural “Project HILLPAL” Award Ceremony and Carnival. This highly meaningful mega-event was a resounding success, attracting a phenomenal turnout of over 10,000 citizens!
Promoting outdoor safety is of paramount importance, and SquareM is dedicated to transforming essential educational messages into highly engaging public experiences. For this large-scale initiative, we facilitated seamless cross-departmental collaboration with multiple government and disciplinary forces—including the Hong Kong Police Force, Fire Services Department (FSD), Government Flying Service (GFS), Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD), and the Civil Aid Service (CAS). Through a vibrant carnival atmosphere and interactive games, we successfully assisted these departments in demonstrating vital hiking safety techniques, deeply rooting the culture of “Safe Hiking” within the community.
Immersive "Edutainment" Booths
To cultivate a joyful and energetic atmosphere, the SquareM team meticulously designed and produced a series of visually striking photo backdrops, custom inflatable mascots, and exquisite souvenirs. These vibrant installations instantly became popular photo hotspots for attendees of all ages.
We conceptualized and executed a variety of creative, interactive game booths—including a DIY Badge Workshop, Hiking Gear Wisdom, Knot-Tying Challenge, Hong Kong Trail Puzzle, and a Hiking Knowledge Ring Toss. These gamified touchpoints successfully integrated practical wilderness safety knowledge into fun, hands-on gameplay.
Faced with a massive crowd of over 10,000 visitors and live demonstration segments from multiple government departments, SquareM demonstrated exceptional organizational and operational capabilities. We meticulously planned the spatial layout, crowd control measures, and event rundown to ensure this mega-event ran safely, smoothly, and flawlessly.
