Yahoo Hong Kong Best Brand Award 2025

The SquareM team was deeply honored to serve as the official event management agency for the highly anticipated Yahoo Best Brand Awards”.

This prestigious award, determined through a combination of “Professional Judging” and “Public Voting,” celebrates brands that have demonstrated outstanding excellence in four key areas: Market Contribution, Technological Innovation, Social Responsibility, and Sustainable Development. The winning enterprises spanned top-tier industries, including finance, travel, telecommunications, real estate, and public affairs.

The ceremony featured a stellar lineup of guests. We were privileged to welcome Mr. Joseph Chan, JP, Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury of the HKSAR Government, as our officiating guest. Alongside Mr. Matthew Chan, Senior Director of Ad Sales for Yahoo Hong Kong and Taiwan, and representatives from supporting organizations, we witnessed a glorious moment for Hong Kong’s leading brands.

We partnered with a rising e-commerce startup struggling with high bounce rates and low checkout conversions. While their branding was appealing, the customer journey was disjointed and inconsistent across devices. Our task was to not only enhance the visual aesthetic but to completely reimagine the user experience with a laser focus on usability, clarity, and conversion optimization. We began with a deep dive into user behavior through analytics, heatmaps, and direct user feedback.
